The Under Armour Run Camp takes runners from around the world and brings them together to face some of the world’s worst conditions. With a goal of pushing the athletes to limits that they never thought possible.I am very happy to be able to run for so many reasons. @Fepaladin Click To Tweet
Jon Paladini was one of the few Americans to be selected for the Under Armour Run Camp in the Desert. Along with completing the UA Run Camp, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has been featured on the MensHealth.com homepage to raise awareness for ulcerative colitis.
At one point growing up, he was in the darkest place of his life when he picked up a Men’s Health. As he underwent treatment after treatment, the drug Remicade finally provided the relief that Jon was waiting for. After that, he didn’t waste any time. He started working out, running, cycling, and getting into shape. You need to appreciate every moment you have. @Fepaladin Click To Tweet
Since starting Remicade infusions, he has completed a full IRONMAN triathlon, more than a dozen sprint distance triathlons and the 2008 Men’s Health Urbanathlon—something he describes as a dream come true.
