There’s a quote that’s been going through my head lately that goes like this, “We’ll never know our full potential unless we push ourselves to find it.” This is so true in life and in running. Personally, I’ve been on an evolving journey when it comes to reaching my full potential in life and running. This pursuit of maximizing potential is a lifelong journey.
You can’t reach your full potential holding on to where you are as a runner and endurance athlete. Start writing your goals down each day. Choose races or times that seem just out of reach. And take massive actions to hit them. Commit to your training. Can you begin to run your best by applying a series of simple techniques in your training program?
