Why should I start training with USA Endurance?
Ask yourself these questions: Are you consistently getting faster at ALL distances? Have you, or are you, suffering from any chronic injuries (plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, knee problems, back problems, etc.)? How many pushups, pullups, squats, etc. can you do? How many hours do you train per week? Using the USA Endurance comprehensive training model, you will become faster, stronger and healthier.
I'm not an experienced or fast runner, is your program right for me?
You bet! We work with runners of any age or ability level. The only thing we require is motivation and hard work. If you are determined to reach your goals then our coaches, training tools and training programs can help, no matter what your pace.
What event does the Free Daily Training prepare me for?

The Free Daily Training is a foundational baseline for overall fitness, including endurance, speed, strength and flexibility. The programming used a general periodization technique for endurance training, stamina, speed training, recovery and more. It does not, however, prepare you for a specific race or distance. If you want a training plan for a specific race or specific goals, try our custom training plans or personal coaching.

If you’re not satisfied with the service you receive in the first 30 days, we’ll refund your first month’s fee. There are no contracts or special terms to fulfill.
