How do the Custom Training Plans work?

This gets it started. Choose a length of plan that works best for you. The custom training plans are available in 6-week blocks to match your needs and specific goals.

TRAINING QUESTIONNAIRE

After signing up you will receive an email that contains a link to a questionnaire. After you submit your information, a coach will start building your individualized training program based on your answers.

START TRAINING

Your custom training plan typically arrives in about 1-2 weeks. It will contain the running workouts along with detailed instructions about the training principles and charts, tips, worksheets and much more.

REACH YOUR GOALS

Follow the training plan and start reaching your running goals! After your race, send a message letting us know how you did.

I’m ready to start a custom training plan! How do I start?

Welcome! Complete the registration process and a coach will be in contact with you.

I'm not an experienced or fast runner, is a custom training plan right for me?
You bet! We work with runners of any age or ability level. The only thing we require is motivation and hard work. If you are determined to reach your goals then our coaches, training tools and training programs can help, no matter what your pace.
Do you consider my life/work/travel schedule into my training plan?
Yes! We understand a key to your success is consistency with the training plan. To help with this, we create a fully customized training plan for you that considers your work, life, travel and race schedule.
What's the process to get my own customized plan and how long will it take to get my custom training plan?
After you order the plan, you will receive information for an athlete questionnaire to get an idea of your training and running history along with your short-term and long-term goals. Once we receive the questionnaire, your custom training plan will typically arrive in about 1-2 weeks.
Which race distances do you build custom training plans?
We build custom plans for any distance ranging from 800 meters to marathons. Please contact us directly if you are training for an ultramarathon or a unique endurance event. We also build training plans for runners who are not training for a specific race or event.
Will I receive any coaching throughout the training plan?

Yes and No. We will contact you to see how the training is going. Check into our Personal Coaching if you are interested in having a coach support you and guide you through training.

What if I'm not training for a specific race right now?
No problem! We will build a custom program just for you to build your overall fitness. Once you have a specific race, then we will adjust the training to get you ready for race day.
Why should I start training with USA Endurance?
Ask yourself these questions: Are you consistently getting faster at ALL distances? Have you, or are you, suffering from any chronic injuries (plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, knee problems, back problems, etc.)? How many pushups, pullups, squats, etc. can you do? How many hours do you train per week? Using the USA Endurance comprehensive training model, you will become faster, stronger and healthier.
How much do the custom training plans cost - are there hidden fees?
Custom training plans start at only $75 for a 6-week plan. Choose the timeframe that matches your personal goals in 6-week blocks. A 12-week plan is only $125 and the 18-week plan is $175. The best value is a 24-week plan for only $200. There are no hidden fees and we don’t try to sell you anything on the inside.
Do I have to pay upfront or am I billed monthly?
Custom training plans are paid upfront with no additional charges or hidden fees.
