Welcome! Complete the registration process and a coach will be in contact with you.
If I sign up for coaching, what if something (illness, life stress, injury, pregnancy, etc.) comes up and I need to take a break from the training?
We understand that life happens and your training goals can change. Just let us know and we will pause your coaching and stop payments until you are ready to get started again.
What if I'm not training for a specific race right now?
No problem! We will build a custom program just for you to build your overall fitness. Once you have a specific race, then we will adjust the training to get you ready for race day.
Is it really unlimited contact with my coach?
Absolutely. One of the biggest benefits of personal coaching is communicating with your coach. Choose whatever communication method works for you, including email, text, phone calls and any other way you want to communicate.
How are coaches assigned?
After you submit the training questionnaire, we will review your information and goals. Then we will match you with a coach that has the best experience for you.
How much does Personal Coaching cost - are there hidden fees?
Personal Coaching starts at just $99 per month and that includes everything. Another option is to prepay for one year starting at only $999. There are no hidden fees and we don’t try to sell you anything on the inside. Monthly and annual prices adjust based on the sport and distance you are training for. For example, coaching for the Ironman triathlon costs $199 per month due to the complexity of the training and increased involvement from your coach.
Do I have to pay upfront or am I billed monthly?
Personal coaching is available on a monthly or annual basis. Choose the method that works for you. Depending on the sport you are training for, there will be a one-time sign-up fee that includes your initial account setup, baseline data, training program layout and more. Once you sign up, your personal coaching membership renews automatically.
Do you have a guarantee?
We want to make it easy and risk-free for you to try USA Endurance Personal Coaching. We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days of your membership. If you’re not satisfied with the service you receive in the first 30 days, we’ll refund your first month’s coaching fee. There are no contracts or special terms to fulfill. You can start and stop Personal Coaching whenever you like to fit your personal lifestyle and running goals.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that your goals change. You may cancel personal coaching at any time, no questions asked.
